LIGHTBOX ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS (n/a for photos posted after July 29, 2010)

PRIVATE GALLERY LOGIN:

  • Click the Log In link above (the Private Gallery Login will open in a new page).
  • Enter the Event ID and Password that were provided to you. These are issued by the studio to protect the privacy of our clientele.
  • Please remember that they are CASE SENSITIVE and must be entered exactly as issued.

IMAGE SELECTION:

  • Click on an image to see a larger version and select the size and quantity you would like to purchase.
  • Compare or share images using the Lightbox feature:
    • To add images to your Lightbox, click the checkbox below the image.
    • To view or share the images you have selected, click on the Lightbox tab in the upper left corner of the screen.
  • Change how many photos appear on each gallery page by changing the Media per page field in the lower right corner of the screen.

PERSONAL ACCOUNT LOGIN:

  • Once you have logged into the Private Gallery, Click the Sign In / Regsiter link on the upper right of the gallery page.
  • If this is your first time ordering with us:
    • Click the New Customer link next to the Username field.
    • Note that the Username and Password you choose for your account CAN NOT be identical to the Event ID and Password you were issued.
    • Fill out the form and click Submit to verify your registration.
  • If you are a returning customer:
    • Fill in your unique Username and Password (CASE SENSITIVE).
    • Click Login.

CHECKOUT:
NOTE: To purchase photos once you have added them to your shopping cart, you must be logged into your personal account (see the previous section).

  • Click on the Shopping Cart tab at the top of the screen.
  • Please double check your order and follow the instructions for each step of the checkout process.

PROCESSING:
Allow approximately 4-6 weeks to receive your via the USPS. Please double check your order and provide accurate billing and shipping information to ensure timely delivery.
